Return & Exchange Policy – Gustokaya

At Gustokaya, we strive to deliver defect-free, premium-quality products to all our customers.

You can request a size exchange for the same product .
Please allow at least 8-10 days for us to dispatch your replacement garment.
Exchange/alteration shipping charges are ₹350.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage, stains, or fragrances.
Original product tags must be intact.
Reverse pick-up will be arranged by us, and the replacement will be processed only after the item passes quality check.

An outfit is eligible for exchange/alteration/style change only once.

Custom-made garments cannot be exchanged. Alterations can be done if required.

We have a no return – no refund policy.
Orders do not qualify for return unless the product delivered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
